Villa Tria is a luxury 2 bedroom Villa completed in May 2007, finished with style and comfort in mind and set in a quiet location above the beautiful and ancient town of Lindos as the imposing Acropolis sits majestically above.

All this and yet the Villa is only a 7 – 8 minute gentle stroll into the village centre, with all the bars shops and restaurants anyone of any age could wish for.

There is free access to swimming pools 80m and 100m away and a local supermarket 2 minutes away.
The Villa also has 2 bathrooms, open plan fully fitted kitchen and living room, a large relaxing tiled patio with separate sun terrace leading to pebbled rockery garden planted with lemon, orange, tangerine, olive and palm trees with night lighting. At the bottom of the garden there is a separate large tiled patio area with pergola for privacy to sit, sunbathe or simply to have evenings relaxing under the stars with your favourite drink in your hand, companion by your side or your all important family.

The Villa is cleaned twice a week and our professional management team are available to help and advise to ensure you enjoy your stay and have the best advice to get the most from your holiday. Along with meeting you on your arival at the Villa We can arrange taxi transfers to and from the airport so that you arrive as swiftly and easily as possible, ready to start your holiday on a high. This may be of particular benefit on very late and early flights.

We include a basic welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine on us just to help you relax from the minute you arrive.
